Repots claim that Eurotunnel forgot 20 passengers from being unloaded on Saturday, who were lodging into in the seven cars, which boarded two wagons, moving for Calais.

The wagons were held for servicing against fuel spill and they were streamlined one after the other. The staff at the Eurotunnel unloaded the wagons, which were lying in front of the forgotten wagons having Britons, assuming that there is no passenger in the back train.

The train loaded with the passengers was sent back to the Kent for picking up more passengers. After 20 minutes, the Britons in the back train realized that they are moving back to England. The members of Eurotunnel, working below the channel noticed the happening.

John Keefe, Eurotunnel's Spokesman said, "The passengers were surprised, frustrated and annoyed. The crew was at least up front and took it on the chin".

The passengers paid over £200 for the trip, which was ruined. After a delay of two hours, they were sent back to France. It was indeed a situation of disgust for Eurotunnel.

As making the apology, the Company has paid back those Britons their spend money on the trip and it has also offered them a free trip on the channel.

Such a case is unusual in the past 16 years and the Company has admitted not to repeat it again.
