This company had previously launched an e-book in the year 2009 and this one is just an upgraded model which has the capability of a digital book seller.

This light weight gazette is priced at $139 and this will be shipped to customers across the world from June 10 onwards. This device has a 6 inches touch-screen and is weighs 7.5 ounces. It has the feature of adjustable font sizes for hassle free reading. Its memory can hold up to 1000 books.

This book has all the features to compete with the competitive market as iPad and Kindle are in competition with this model.

The company tagged it with the label “paper-like” screen which is the main attraction of this device.

"This is the most advanced e-reader on the market", Chief Executive William Lynch said on Tuesday.

This book is equipped with Wi-Fi and has inbuilt browser to access internet at Wi-Fi hotspots.

This new edition of the e-book was launched just days after Malone's Liberty Media Corp offered to buy Nook for $1 billion.
