Apple Looking Forward to Launch iPhone 3GS as Prepaid Smartphone in Developing N

Recent analytical reports suggest that despite discontinuation of iPhone 3GS later this year, the company is relying on its market sales in developing nations, where it is still popular as a prepaid smartphone.

As per reports put forth by analyst Peter Misek, it has been reported that Apple has collaborated with a distribution and logistics company to boost the sales of iPhone 3GS as a potential prepaid smartphone around the globe. Moreover, the company is looking forward to launch the smartphone in developing countries.

The findings of the report suggest that the company launched the smartphone, without a contract. However, recent reports from the company claim that they will introduce the set at a price that would range between $250 and $300.

Moreover, it has been subjected that the smartphone can be obtained for free under a two-year contract, however, the service remains limited to major markets in the US. On the other hand, iPhone 4 can be taken for $99 with a carrier subsidy.

It is being expected that the company will be introducing its brand new sixth-generation iPhone this fall. However, at the same time, it is being proposed that the company needs to amend its strategy, which it is currently following.
