It has been recovered that Mr. Posner is supervising over patent lawsuit filed by Apple against Motorola and Motorola Mobility in U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, which is a trial court.

Moreover, stating about his decision taken up last week, he affirmed that he ordered to delay the case, so that he could prepare himself within the week for the decision and also take opinions.

He asserted that the step was necessary and termed to it to be cautious view.
