USF Diabetes Center Aims To Root Out Diabetes

While there is no doubt that diabetes has affected countries around the globe and that’s what has made the medical fraternity taking it as a challenge, a recent report claimed that there has been opening of the USF Diabetes Center on the 5th floor of the university's Morsani Center for Advanced Healthcare last year.

Patients would be able to get the best possible care under the same as all sorts of questions regarding diabetes can be answered here. A lot has been done to make the centre what it’s today. Though it has been aimed to conduct extensive research, it was recently found that a program was started so that the centre can be developed all the more perfectly.

"We are partnering with patients to help them improve their blood sugar control, partnering with community physicians by providing a resource for them and partnering with researchers so we have access to the latest therapies”, said Dr. Henry Rodriguez, a pediatric endocrinologist, while calling on one and all to share their concerns regarding diabetes.

With 25 million children and adults in the U. S. affected with diabetes, there is need to make one and all more aware about the disease in the time to come.
