Horses Given Shock Prior to the Competition! Video Coverage proves

June 14-23 was a tough time for horses that were a part of the Rodeo, Why? They were given electric shocks.

Recently a video coverage has been released according to which these horses were given shock before releasing them for the competition. This is something really cruel and the national animal rights group has violated this because this is absolutely against the rodeo’s policy.

In 2011 also, a similar video was released. The man that is involved in this evil activity has been found literally messing with the cameras installed by representatives of SHARK, Showing Animals Respect and Kindness, and therefore his picture had not been recorded in the entire video. As told by rodeo spokesman Steve Schroeder to the Reno Gazette-Journal “It is true, that guy is shocking horses, and we’re not OK with that”.

The identity of that man has not been disclosed by Schroeder but he has promised to immediately suspend him from the job. He would no longer be allowed to perform at the rodeo. Moreover, he along with his contractor would be penalized for the crime.

For the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, electric shocks are not illegal but for Reno Rodeo this is truly inhuman and cruel.
