Americans Feeling the Heat

It is logical that summers are quite hot, but there is something different in this summer and that is rising temperature. Not only in one country, but it is happening across many countries in the globe.

If the sources are to be believed then last week is considered to be the hottest week since 90s. It has broken 2,400 high temperature records in the US. Heat is not the only problem, but there are many other factors that have been disturbing people.

Two of the main factors are power and air. About 1.5 million homes in the US have complained that there is no light in their homes and buildings. It is not only sweltering hot, but its record breaking hot.

As per the government records, it is the hottest since 1895. Kevin Trenberth, who is a scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research, was of the view that they have not seen such conditions in the past.

Health experts have said that Americans should take care of their health in this summer, and should keep on sipping some or the other fluid and try to avoid sun exposures. “You look out the window and see climate change in action. This is the way it gets manifested… We're going outside the realm of conditions”, they further affirmed.
