Researchers are claiming to have found two Frankenstein mummies in Scotland, which they say are made up of the body parts of different human beings.

Above are the findings of an international team of archaeologists, who have made the discoveries on an island off the coast of Scotland. They say that the mummies are made from different human body parts and are somewhat alike Dr. Frankenstein's monsters.

They explained in their findings that the mummified remains are 3,500 years old. They suspect some unusual burial practices during the centuries lived by first residents of the island of South Uist in the Hebrides, behind the shocking structures of the mummies found.

Above research was led by archaeologist Mr. Michael Parker-Pearson, of the University of Sheffield and his team. The experts are thoroughly researching a site near the modern graveyard of Cladh Hallan. Till now, they have found two skeletons from under one house along with the burial remains of a teenage girl and a 3-year-old child.

Skeletons suspect that the body parts of the founded remains do not match. The female's jaw is not fitting into the rest of her skull and some more similar evidences have been noticed. The team of experts has concluded after minutely checking the remains that the skeleton was made up of parts from three different bodies.
