Special Training for Nurses to Be Launched Soon

With the pursuit of linking the nurse community to CCG Nurses, the government has decided to launch a special training session. The training program is said to come into effect by the end of this year. It has come to light that the nurses of North West, England, have already been tested for the CCG nurses.

The nurses would be trained in such a manner that they meet the requirement of CCG nurses. The Director of NHS Manchester PCT, Hillary Garratt, said, “As a Director, I can provide assurance I can place nurses who can thrive at a board level, whoever they choose out of the pool we now have”.

Earlier, the nurses were recruited to CCGs without any prior training. This in particular, made it hard for the nurses to meet the expectations of the medical practitioners. Garratt noted that prior to the training or assessment programs, the nurses were unaware about the capabilities of meeting the requirement of the CCGs nurses.

Garratt is all hopeful that the proposed training program would help nurses in getting appointed by the CCGs committee. Study would be conducted over the requirement of the CCGs so that the nurses could be trained accordingly.
