It seems that things are not going fine as expected with IRS as it has been claimed that those who do not wish to buy health insurance would have to shell out extra as penalty. The fine would have to be filed along with their taxes in the spring of 2015. Though there would be efforts made to do something in the same context, it has been made clear by the Supreme Court there would be no change whatsoever in the implementation of the health insurance over the next two years.

It has further been claimed by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) that there would be some four million people who would opt for fine instead of going for having the insurance. The opposing group majorly consists of youth who have no regret of letting the insurance go from their hands.

However, the best part is that penalties would be affordable in the year 2014 and 2015, unlike in 2016, where there are high expectations of penalties to go up further from the current level. However, there is no clearance on what would happen if the penalties are not filed as the Affordable Care Act (ACA) doesn’t allow the IRS to take any stern measure to get the violators pay the fine no matter what.
