Ex US Space Workers Having A Tough Time Looking For Prefect Jobs

It seems to be tough time for those who were once part of a 3 decades old U. S. space shuttle program, as reports have confirmed that they are struggling to get jobs now after one year of its closure. Nonetheless, there are some who have joined the state's growing industry to build airplanes and others have gone ahead to work as government contractors in Afghanistan.

It has further been claimed by Terry White, a former project manager who worked for the shuttle program that there are not perfect job available for these workers, and if in case there are, they are not going to paying them meaty salaries. It was told that over 7,400 people, who were once part of the program lost their jobs after the shuttle program ended last July. While developed economies could bear the loss, those living in less economically developed economies, things became a lot bad.

Meanwhile, workers have signed themselves with Brevard Workforce's job placement and training services and many are working in the fields of engineering, mechanics and security. "We expected a little more action from our government, at least in figuring out what direction we're going to go in”, said Harrington, 55, who worked on the shuttles' thermal protection system.
