While Olympics have begun, one must wonder what these athletes might be eating to get to their best performance. They do have their diet chart to make sure that they maintain a specific level of energy. One factor which not even one athlete irrespective of the sport they compete in, would have to ensure is their weight. They need to make sure that their body weight doesn’t affect their stamina.
