Despite gigantic efforts by health experts and varied health groups, the problem of taking in harmful components persists, finds a recent report, if not via cigarettes or marijuana, this time let it be cigars or loose tobacco.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has released in a report Thursday that when a positive picture related to consumption of tobacco through cigarettes came in front. The rise in consumption of other tobacco products by young people has again raised health concerns.

It has been found that Americans have now moved on towards pipe tobacco or loose tobacco. Also, some are going for cigars these days. Though, certainly rate of smoking in the nation has reduced over years considerably.

The team says that while there is a 30% decline in smoking trend since last ten years or so, the rate of non cigarette smoked tobacco has risen more than this cut. Some 123% increase has been noticed in the rate of smoking through cigars pipes in the same period. And of the same, 17% was noted alone in 2010-2011 as compared to only 2.5% decrease in cigarette smoking last year.

It is therefore that tobacco firms, including Reynolds American (US: RAI), Lorillard [LO] and Altria Group (US: MO) are in question. Also, people are being warned of the harms caused by these products.
