A walk for sufferers of diabetes held annually is yet again to begin and to gather more and more people for the move, a kick off even was also held this Saturday afternoon, according to a recent report.

The North Country Walk to Cure Diabetes was organized in Watertown, where thousands of people came to register themselves for the actual big walk to be held on September 15. Different teams are being formed for the walk, one of which is Team Michaela questioned by sources.

It was asked why it was interested in going forward for the walk, to which excellent feedbacks were received. The group said that they wanted to make the lives of kids actually lively. Type I Diabetes or Juvenile Diabetes that affects thousands of people, including young children, does not allow them to enjoy their lives as they should at this age do.

Michaela Lamont, who himself is a patient of the disease, said on being asked the reason of joining, “Because I'm not the only one with Type I Diabetes. That's the thing. This is to find a cure for Type I Diabetes”.

As per the findings, while raising money for patients and research of the disease, all participants equally spent a good time at Showtime Skating.
