Fork Found in Man’s Belly

Fork Found in Man’s Belly

A patient was rushed to a hospital after experiencing severe pain in abdomen. After having the patient checked, the doctors proclaimed that a plastic fork in his abdomen was the cause of pain. The patient has been identified as Lee Gardner.

It has come to light that Lee Gardner had blood vomiting and also complained of stomach cramps. While speaking to surgeons in Barnsley, the patient informed that a decade ago, he consumed a 23-cm fork accidentally.

It is strange that for decades the fork has been in the stomach of the man. Mr. Lee Gardner is now 40 years old. At the time when he swallowed the fork, he did talk to his doctors who assured him that it will be passed by his digestive system.

Mr. Lee Gardner said, “When they were looking inside me with the camera, the doctor said “Are you sure you've not swallowed anything... I remembered accidentally swallowing one years and years ago”. The surgeons took the option of surgery to relieve Mr. Gardner from the pain. The operation was a success and he will soon be discharged. The doctors are confident that Mr. Gardner will recover soon.
