About 33% of US adults are obese, said the U. S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. To reduce the percentage will not be an easy task for the country. After knowing that road is tough ahead, many experts often ponder that whether America will be able to win over obesity.
Answers to the above mentioned question has also provided mixed response. Those, who are quite optimistic, are positive that the country has been trying to reduce obesity rate and will achieve the same as well. However, there is other set of people, who weigh task more on a negative side.
Percentages have been collected by the CDC. According to the CDC data, California is said to be the state, which has maximum obese people. In contrast to it, Colorado is said to be the state, which has the slimmest lot.
Most shocking statement being revealed by CDC was that the obesity rate has doubled in 38 states of the country, and Colorado is no different from the trend. It is just that it is better than other states.
Obesity never comes alone and some of the common health problems that occur due to the same are blood pressure, diabetes, joints problem, breathing problem and heart ailments.
