Mobile up to 10 times dirtier than toilet, says study

There are up to 10 times bugs on a mobile phone than in a toilet, claims a recent study. One of the main reasons for such a high prevalence of bacteria on the phone is that it such a gadget, which has become quite a vital part of living.

It keeps on passing from one person to other. While doing so, no one takes care that the phone should be cleaned. Charles Gerba, who is positioned as a Charles Gerba at the University of Arizona, has unveiled that mobile is house to so many bacteria as it remains too close to hands and mouth.

It is not the first time when it has been said that device are quite unhygienic. One of the studies has found that computer keyboards are 5 times dirtier than a normal toilet seat.

Gerba said that it is a matter of concern as one knows that toilets should be cleaned. However, people tend to forget that mobile phones remains in their hands, which are not always, clean. Sometimes phones are kept at such places, which are not so clean. Therefore, it has become vital that people should make sure that device is clean and especially mobile phones.
