Sony Xperia J All Set To Enter Market

A recent report has confirmed that Sony Xperia J would be put on sale at online retailer Clove. It was last week that the company unveiled the set at IFA. It has been claimed that the device has a single-core Qualcomm MSM7227-A system-on-chip clocked at 1GHz, along with a front-facing camera, a 1,750mAh battery, a 5-megapixel rear camera with flash, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and two-year warranty besides having 512MB of RAM and 4GB onboard storage.

Unlike previous Sony Xperia models, it doesn't have the illuminated transparent strip, which sets it apart. Though buying the same is not recommended, as one can easily get the six-month-old Xperia U at affordable cost unlike this one, which is priced at £191.

It is expected to be made available in white, pink and golden colors. Meanwhile, it also unveiled its Xperia Tablet S, which is reported to be following the lines of the Xperia Go smartphone by being water resistant. It is reported to be thinner than Sony's first tablet, measuring a skinny 8.8mm.

It would be worth seeing what this new offering from the Japanese manufacturer would be able to achieve in the time to come.
