Late Wednesday, an announcement regarding the merger of Europe’s two largest aerospace and military companies was made, following which different reviews were given.
According to the European governments and shareholders, this plan of creating a $49 billion behemoth to rival the likes of Lockheed Martin and Boeing, should be handled with caution. This projected ownership composition could be quite complex to control as there would a divided power among the strategic shareholders and governments of at least five countries.
On contrary, the analysts backed this merger saying that that it could bring a number of considerable and viable advantages to the country and of course to the military.
