In order to reach at the above given result, the study researchers said that they have assessed a number of factors like daily mean temperature, season and humidity. After assessing all the factors, it was being noticed that during the time when there was mean temperature of 10.0°C.
It was found that 31 years of life were lost per one million people. On the other hand, when mean temperature was 32.0°C, 45 years of life were lost per day among per million people.
Lead author Cunrui Huang was of the view that the study will prove quite beneficial at the time when one has to know about the effect of extreme temperature on human body.
“With increasing rates of obesity and related conditions, including diabetes, more people will be vulnerable to extreme temperatures and that could increase the future disease burden of extreme temperatures”, asserted Huang.
