Salesforce. com, which is a global enterprise software company, has announced that they have developed a new way to strengthen the link between customers and their valuable customers, employees and partners.
They have announced the development of novel social and mobile cloud computing. The company has claimed that the new product will be able to change a lot many new things. It would not be wrong to say that the innovation will bring a lot many changes in the way, through which the companies present their products.
Not only this, a lot many other changes will be noticed and those changes will be entire new way of presenting the product, and even the way of selling the product in the market will be a thing to look for.
Marc Benioff, who is the chairman of salesforce. com, was of the view, “With new innovations across our six product lines, companies can transform the way they sell, service, market, collaborate, work and innovate in order to connect more deeply with customers”.
He further affirmed that the innovation has acted as a sort of expansion for them. Now, they will not only cater to their valuable customers, but to businesses as well.
