The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba has revealed its findings in the case of Winnipeg doctor Randy Raymond Allan. They have not only revealed their investigation report in the case, but has also issued 18 month suspension letter for the doctor.

While revealing the matter, it was found that the doctor went to a massage parlor to get prostitution services. He made sexual relationship with two women, who were also his patients. He not only made sexual relation with them, but also prescribed them OxyContin and that too just because he was having personal and sexual relationship with them.

The college authorities were of the view about Allan, “Specifically that he had personal and sexual relations with them during the same periods that he was providing medical care to them”. However, the college authorities were of the view that they can reduce the term of suspension of Allan, but there are some conditions for its.

He has to prove that his conduct has improved. Second condition is that he will take psychiatric and psychological counselling and if abides to both the conditions then he can rejoin his medical practice from March. If the college does not find any change in Allan then they can increase his term of suspension also.
