Navy Robot is Far better than Humans in Certain Activities

In a recent video release out, CHARLI, it is quite surprising to see a humanoid robot fighting at the war field, playing soccer out there and even tapping his feet on the floor.

Don't you believe this? Read on. The humanoid robot created at Virginia Tech's Robotics and Mechanics Laboratory is not only ideal for controlling and handling war sights but he features a bit of other qualities too.

In the daytime, when his job is to be fighting fires on board warships, in a living form known as the Autonomous Shipboard Humanoid, or ASH, his sensors and refined software are just brilliant to keep him oriented and stay straight and honest every time.

With soccer as his hobby, this humanoid robot has won a number of times in the autonomous robot soccer competition. In 2011, it won the first place in RoboCup, in the Adult size league for the World Cup of robotic soccer.

While studying the bipedal walking and autonomous behaviors for humanoid robots, scientists introduced this robot with the ability and skills of dancing too and this is what that helps this machine show some fancy footwork on the dance floor as well. This military robot has once again brought back the GANGNAM Style as his own hit style.
