For a long time now, assumptions were going on in regard to the deal between Sprint (S)-SoftBank. However, the most concerned about the deal were investors associated with Clearwire (CLWR).

They were not able to reach at a conclusion that how the deal between the two parties is going to affect them. It is now that the earnings report has been revealed by the Clearwire and it has been found that the company is quite intact in its operations.

The company earning's report has revealed that Clearwire has witnessed a decline of 5.51% in its revenues. Moreover, it has been found that the company's loss due to operations has narrowed a bit. It is now that the company has announced that it has witnessed a loss of $150-$200 million, which is better than previous loss that was $175-$225 million.

The company has been making decisions, which is going to make the position of the company better in coming time. One such decision is have 2,000 LTE cellular sites and that too online by June 2013. It is the same month at which the company is going to receive LTE payments from Sprint. It is expected that improvements are made on time and prove beneficial.
