Thais Should Boost Height and Increase Life Expectancy with Cow’s Milk, Suggeste

In an effort to increase the growth and life expectancy of its citizens, the Thailand government is urging people to drink at least one glass of cow's milk on daily basis.

The government has requested its people to drink milk through its milk campaign as it will help them to grow and increase years to their ages.

Along with the efforts made by the government to encourage people for drinking milk once a day, come the sincere measures being taken for encouraging mothers to breastfeed their infants for the first six months. After that, they should be made to drink two or three glass of cow's milk during pre-school.

Cholanan Srikaew, the deputy public health minister stated that the milk campaign can be proven beneficial in bringing a hike in the height of 18-year-old Thailand citizens. The growth can extend up to 8 cm from the current 167 cm for boys and 157 cm for girls.

It was also suggested that the regular consumption of milk can help in increasing years to the ages of the people of Thailand from 74 to 80 years.

The reports derived results that in the current prevailing scenarios, Thais consume 14 liters of milk per person on yearly basis. This result was found to be much less than the other south-east Asian people. An estimate illustrated that they consume an average of 60 liters of milk on yearly basis.

The international average of the same is 103.9 liters.
