‘The Homeland star’ Nominated Once Again for Screen Actors Guild Award

The Homeland star has been again nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award and is probably due for another Golden Globe nod tomorrow. The event will be held in Oslo, Norway.

In the same place, Claire attended the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony and a black-tie banquet last night and then co hosted the annual concert. The winner of the concert will be honored today. Both, the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony and the banquet, were attended by Claire along with her husband, Hugh Dancy.

Scheduled performers included Mary J. Blige, James Blunt, Swedish singer Zara Larsson and Norwegian hip-hop duo Envy.

The 34 year old celebrity wore an extraordinary floral-print dress as she took to the stage at the Oslo Spektrum. The concert is held yearly to unroll the message of tranquility and also celebrate each year's prize winner. She had been nominated for Best Actress (Drama) at the forthcoming Screen Actors' Guild Awards for Homeland.

At the last year award function, the actress won the similar category for her depiction of Carrie Mathison. However, her co-star, Damian Lewis, was snubbed for award the same award of Best Actor.

Earlier this year, Claire said of her role, "I am deeply honored to be a part of this year's Nobel Peace Prize concert. It means very much to me to support this incredible special event".
