French Transcription Support Introduced On PhoneTag
Ditech Networks today, revealed to have added French transcription support to its PhoneTag voice-to-text service. Ditech's PhoneTag service facilitates multiple voice-to-text applications such as voicemail, voice SMS, and conference call transcription.
Mahesh Godavarti, Director of Speech Algorithms at Ditech Networks said, "We are expanding our PhoneTag service based on market input and demand. French is an important addition to our service, and the rapidity of the addition of French is indicative of our ability to add languages quickly and efficiently".
The introduction of French is reported to have taken PhoneTag's language provision to approximately 1 billion people and that too, in over 80 countries.
French can be availed by service providers via Ditech's global sales professionals as well as through value-added resellers. Also, for third party developers, it can soon be availed via phonetag com/api.
